Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen. Scalpix is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs clearance
  • weather conditions
  • incorrect shipping details
  • high order volume during holidays or promotions

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@scalpix.store and we will help review the issue.

Please note:

  • Scalpix is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work on a suitable solution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier logistics. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking updates.
