Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@scalpix.store with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address for your order.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Return addresses may vary depending on the order, and items sent to the wrong address or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved returns may be subject to a flat $10 return shipping and processing fee, which may be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover return handling and processing costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this fee will not apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Sale items are eligible for return under our 30-day return policy unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
